Join us for an empowering day of women’s wellness. We will spend our time in community, participating in movement practices and wellness workshops and activities. A minimum of 20% of ticket sales will be donated to a local women's charity. In an effort to make this event more accessible, we have opted for a sliding scale pricing plan. You can chose to pay more and that extra amount will be split between the final donation and helps others maintain a lesser ticket price, increasing the accessibility of women’s wellness in our community.
The day includes four different presentations (Yoga, Nutrition, Florals and QiGong) as well as a catered lunch.
