DELIVERY POLICY

Specific Times

We are unable to guarantee delivery at a specific time, but we are normally able to deliver within a two hour window. You may request a time frame when ordering, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

 

Recipient Will be Contacted

All of our deliveries to residences are called prior to delivery. This is so we can guarantee the safety of your gift, confirm delivery addresses and arrange a time that is convenient for the recipient to receive it. We cannot deliver without a phone number or address. If you request we do not call prior to delivery and the recipient is not home an additional delivery fee will be charged for a second delivery.

Delivery to Businesses, organizations and hospitals: These deliveries are not called prior to delivery, it is the responsibility of the sender to ensure the recipient is at the given address. If the recipient is not at the given address an additional fee will be charged to redirect the gift.

 

Request to Leave Item at Door

The customer assumes all liability for requests to leave arrangements. We highly discourage special instructions requesting delivery to a doorstep, porch, yard or any location where the recipient cannot accept the arrangement themselves. We cannot be held responsible for missing or faulty product due to this special request.  We also can not leave fresh arrangements outside if the temperature is too hot or too cold.

SHIPPING POLICY

Flat rate ground shipping is offered on online orders. If you require express shipping on any items from our online store please call the store to place your order.
